Quasar #1-12 cleanup

Some notes:
*Q 1, as a whole, is not a flashback, it's just set in the relative past - for some reason, a scene in the middle of the issue is the only one not currently listed as a -FB.
*I deleted the M/TIO 53 panel [(8:6), specifically] from the Marvel Boy IV chronology (and didn't add it for Gilbert Vaughn, who didn't have a chronology for some reason) because it describes an event that was retconned away by Q 1 - Wendell was attributing the role played by William Wesley in Q 1 to himself. The panel in Gilbert Vaughn's chronology is (8:5), which shows him testing one Q-band with a laser [and is similar to Q 1 (7:3) where BOTH Q-bands are being tested simultaneously], but that can be removed if the whole set of FBs are ruled out by (8:6) being false.
*Could someone check WCA 12-13 to see if it shows Quantum's origin? I don't know if Q 4-FB is a rehashed fb or not, hence the ??.
*Q 1 (23:3) is moved to the around the dissolution of the super-agents and Wendell's adoption of the name "Quasar" in-line with the narration on the box and costume, rather than before "Marvel Boy"'s debut.
*Ow.
*Seriously, I hope #13-25 will be at least a bit less painful to fix up! (Why didn't Quasar's dad have a listing?)
