Peter Parker #5 is currently listed with the other four issues of that miniseries, between Amazing Spider-Man 611 and 612. But it's a separate story from the other four--and it takes place when Peter is unemployed and broke once Jameson fires him, i.e. after ASM 624. (It fits a bit better after ASM 625, I think.)
It also involves Ben Grimm, whose appearance would then be between IH2 611 and SIEGE 3, as well as Mr. Negative and Aunt May, but I don't think those are too tricky to move.
EDITED TO ADD:
Whoops! On examination, it has to be later still, since Peter is unemployed and broke AND Aunt May appears to be back to normal and de-Negativized--therefore sometime after ASM 633. (Before or after "The Grim Hunt" and its associated Black Cat miniseries seems to be fine, and wouldn't change Ben Grimm's placement...)
